Also movement is painful. Walking around is slow and awkward, which sucks because you have to go so far between the brothel and home. I suggest you increase the player's movement speed, and perhaps move the default home to one of the apartments closer to the brothel, just to improve the gameplay loop.

Later on, you can add the ability to buy different houses in different locations, and then the player can start in the shitty house.

Alternatively, consider making the crystals re-usable instead of single use like they are now. Perhaps 100 coins.

Also, the barrels need more loot. Or to regenerate loot. Or something. I feel like if I find and scoop every barrel, I should be able to buy a full (moderate) outfit. Especially since finding them all means wrestling with that movement.

You need to draw the inside of the skirts. Right now the inside of the skirts is transparent which looks odd when you try and look up the skirt.

No bugs here. I thought I found a bug related to the rat skidding in strange directions on landings, but then I realized the wheels were more spherical than my initial impression, so clearly that's intended.

Something a bit simple: the player should have a radius in which enemies cannot spawn. This would stop players from taking damage from a bad spawn while transitioning across the screen border.

Suggestion: Lesbian content. Porn makes your sanity drop right? You could make it so the monster girls, if they go to the same room, have a chance to "interact"
While interacting, viewing that particular camera will cause your sanity to drop in a similar way to the porn.
